Antiquers Aerodrome was developed
with some of the largest residential lots you will
find in south Florida. The grass
airstrip is 3,500', with 600' of approach.
It has dusk to dawn lights for the convenience
of the fly-in property owners. The airstrip is
licensed by the Florida Department of
Transportation.
Development contains 37 lots, of which 3 are currently undeveloped.
31 homeowners currently enjoy access to our runways (and optional participation in avgas plan). The layouts of some properties use two lots and each lot is 2.33 acres in size, typically with 200 feet of runway frontage.
Most developed properties have comfortably-equipped, on-site hangars and/ or attached garages. Lots may have circular driveways for aircraft (as well as automobiles). Each property is unique in design, amenities, and landscaping. Everybody here enjoys aviation!
Shareholders pay annual maintenance fees for grass runways and commons as well as share special assessments for community projects. Each property has its own well and septic system. Electricity is provided by Florida Light & Power. LP gas is used for some appliances.
Please note: Before
you can commence construction, the Architectural
Review Board has to review and approve construction
plans.
