3,600-ft. Grass Runway
Runway 09/ 27 [east/ west] is 3,600' x 125' with 600' overrun. Low-intensity lights (dusk to dawn). White tires indicate runway thresholds, standard red and green lights mark the runway ends. By invitation only.

11,400 feet of Drainage Swales
Run-off from Florida rains collect into and drain from system of swales bordering north and south boundaries of each property. Corner lots and mid-location properties are also flanked by swales along eastern (or western) boundaries.

Privacy and Quiet
Respite from taxiway traffic can be created with areca, fichus or other planted barriers

Hangars
Each  property has 200'-0" linear feet of taxiway (or runway) access and many hangars match architectural style of house.

Aviation Enthusiast
Although the airpark community encourages flying rather than "tinkering" on aircraft, neighbors have gathered on weekends to pull someone's engine or help on another aircraft maintenance task. Many current residents are professional fliers; some commute to work from their hangars.

Aviation Fuel Gas Depot
All Homeowners in good standing are eligible for membership in the Fuel Fund. Membership  requires base deposit and keys are not transferable. Billing is bi-monthly.

Nearby Golf Courses
Palm Beach County is an important center of golfing. Antiquers Aerodrome is located very near two courses that are open to the public.

No Landing on Northern Taxiway
With the founding of Antiquers Aerodrome, the northern taxiways was used as a runway for gliders and hosting aerobatic shows. But with the encroachment of civilization, the northern taxiway has been retired from runway status.
